How do I request a refund?
If you are not completely satisfied with your fantastic smile.com.au member benefits within 7 days, we will refund the total cost of your dental cover.
Simply send us an email to [email protected] within 7 days of joining to let us know you would like a refund per the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, and our friendly Member Team will be happy to assist you!
What if it’s after 7 days?
smile.com.au has absolutely no waiting periods so our members have immediate access to their smile.com.au Digital Card and benefits as soon as their cover starts.
For this reason, we do ask that our members let us know within 7 days if they would like to request a refund under the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
If we do not hear from you within 7 days, we will assume that you are happy to enjoy the fantastic smile.com.au benefits for the remainder of your cover.
After 7 days, refund requests will only be considered within our Terms of Use.
Am I eligible?
If you are a new member starting your cover with smile.com.au for the very first time, and have not been refunded by smile.com.au in the past, you are absolutely covered by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee!
