ROLE OBJECTIVES

The primary objective is to support the company's growth by leveraging artificial intelligence and data-driven insights to optimise marketing strategies. Your role will be instrumental in scaling the business and achieving aggressive sales growth targets while maintaining high retention rates.

You will be accountable for generating accurate performance reports, analysing test results, and providing a centralised source of truth for all marketing metrics. Strengthen and Manage Partnerships:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy aligned with business goals to drive YOY sales growth and retention rates to meet or exceed goals.
  2. Onboarding, engaging, and renewing members through email, SMS, and in-product touchpoints.
  3. Developing processes to help the company get closer to our members, generating insights that improve our members’ experience and the marketing programs that attract and retain them
  4. Implement campaigns to increase app downloads, dental invoice scans, and overall app engagement.
  5. Design and execute rewards programs and referral initiatives to enhance member engagement.
  6. Leverage tools within ActiveCampaign, including AI, to optimise member engagement and conversion rates.
  7. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to enhance member journeys and experiences.
  8. Develop personalised communication strategies for renewals and proactive member support.
  9. Leverage predictive analytics to identify at-risk members and implement preemptive retention measures.
  10. Design and execute targeted email campaigns, workflows, and automation sequences to nurture leads and increase conversions.
  11. Implement a continuous testing strategy to evaluate the business impact of new subject lines, email creative, and email frequency
  12. Utilise data analytics and AI-driven insights to optimise campaign performance and member segmentation.
